Vendor Biography

A multi-traditional approach to energetics for the whole of it: waking up, cleaning up, growing up, showing up.

Transmissions, attunements, initiations and empowerments, fields, and the holistic skills to master energetics. From the Absolute. Nothing to believe in, just trust your own direct experience.

  • Waking Up. States of consciousness and awakening, from the first opening (kensho, stream entry, the first bhumi) through self-realization to the natural, stable state.
  • Cleaning Up. Shadow work and emotional purification, meeting the limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, trauma, and conditioning that quietly run the show until they are seen.
  • Growing Up. The lines of intelligence and how they mature. More than thirty of them, from cognitive and emotional to moral, musical, somatic, and interpersonal. Each one a capacity you can develop, and each one widening how much of reality you can hold.
  • Showing Up. Self-discovery, embodiment, and reality creation. Bringing consciousness into form, and living it out in the life and the world you actually build.

Underneath all four it is one thing: recognizing the true self that is already there, and clearing what covers it over. It is not about becoming “more spiritual” or “attaining special powers”. The concrete effects are less suffering and discontentment in everyday life, more happiness, and a sense that fundamentally you are okay and unshakable in whatever circumstances life serves you.

Whether you have had an awakening experience (or several, deepening towards nonduality), or you simply want to do shadow work to release mental and emotional material that is affecting your life in a negative way, there is no judgement here and no end result everyone should be striving towards.

Experiment with these resources and see what resonates with you. If life keeps getting better and more joyful, that is a sure sign you are on the right track. Depending on the intensity of the work, some “dark night” passages are unavoidable, but they are something everyone encounters and they can be navigated.

Things can change in a heartbeat. That does not mean an instant fixing of everything, or that the ripening towards a shift in consciousness will not take time and practice. But for noticeable shifts in waking up and cleaning up, we are talking weeks and months, not decades or lifetimes.

The important thing is to understand how that change actually arrives. It is not that you practise for a week and notice nothing, then a month and notice nothing, then six months, twelve, eighteen, until suddenly everything changes at once. It is that things gradually get better, and you notice it in two different ways. There are the moments you feel as they happen, where your perception of yourself, and of the nature of reality, visibly shifts. And there is what you only see in hindsight: that your emotional triggering and conditioning have changed, that something which used to set you off no longer does, that an addictive pattern has quietly released, or that you are treating yourself and other people more compassionately.

And it does not move in a straight line. Usually it is two or three steps forward, and then what can feel like a step back: a detox, a dark night passage, old material surfacing on its way out. That is not the work failing. What surfaces is usually what was stored, leaving.

Having a process, and tools and practices that work, is essential. So is support to navigate it all.
